I answered "no" for my poll even though my nation has the WMD policy because it may sound strange, but to me that just means that Melenavenia says it has the right to use them, it just has not chosen to procrure them. Of course, I get the issues about the consequences of having nuclear weapons because of it, but I have it there for that reason, not because Melenavenia actually has nuclear weapons. Melenavenia doesn't even have a proper military.
Anyone else have a similar approach to this or other policies?
