WA: AGAINST/NEUTRAL - Due to the topic, and good intent of the proposal it is very understandable to disagree and vote for this proposal. "Missing Persons Coordination Act" is simply put a proposal that is, in large part, unnecessary. Most any nation has a competent police and safety branch (however corrupt or not) that should very much so be capable of most of what the proposal wants to achieve. Especially when it comes to genocide watchdogs, the proposal is way out of scope, and should absolutely get it's own proposal.
