Hello there! I hate to make this a public scandal, but as of right now Alterra is ruled by a corrupt dictator. Currently, twenty one people have signed a petition to impeach him on the grounds of power abuse, disobeying superior officers, threats against other regional officials, threats against regional civilians, breaking regional law, and various cases of discord mod abuse (granted by his current regional officer position.)
As of now, our highest elected official has been missing for over two weeks, and Lothric has fully unleashed his dictatorial tendencies in his absence. He has even go so far as to delete his own impeachment poll.
Hopefully, pressure from other regions will force him to stand down and resign.
I truly am sorry to drag you into this, but it has become necessary.

The above discord screenshot shows godmod, corruption, abuse of power, and breaking regional law. As a conflict Lothric is involved in, it is illegal to rule on posts in said conflict. Further, it shows abuse of power and corruption in that Lothric attempted to void a perfectly valid RP post that was made in response to his own. Lastly, it shows godmod, abuse of power, and breaking regional law wherein Lothric attempts to add a new, unapproved ability to his RP animal species. In the second screenshot, it is very clear that his animal has no such ability.
The above demonstrates one instance of Lothric's abuse of power, wherein he suppressed and (attempted to) void a reasonable rule abiding RP post. Furthermore, it was illegal at all for him to do such a thing as Lothric was involved in the conflict ongoing in the post.
Above, Lothric publicly advertises his desire to abuse his power as Vice Chancellor. The Alterran Minecraft server is moderated by Hans, and is not subject to any laws or positions within the region. However, Lothric has now shown his clear desire to act out his personal vendetta against those who attack him on the server.

Lothric claims the war was declared on OOC basis; the math quite clearly dismisses such a claim. Lothric does not respect the hard evidence and instead continues to push his desire to abuse power.
Above, Lothric has deleted the Impeachment Poll that has been fully approved by the Judicial Minister as a result of this petition. This has fully cemented his desire for dictatorship, abuse of power, lawbreaking, and illegal actions.

The shroud of dense mist surrounding the LMI lifts for the first time in many years. In the ocean, a fleet of hundreds of blood stained war vessels awaits orders silently. Each ship decorated with skeletons hanging from the side, and the mark of Madness adorning the hull.
The Dark Forest remains silent, just as it has for many years. It is suddenly broken by the thunderous sound of boots hitting the ground. Thousands of LMI soldiers march in perfect unison. Units from every LMI faction can be seen in formation. New vehicles designed specifically for slaughter and destruction tower in rank. Behind them, Keepers ride tamed beasts native to the Dark Forest. Tall abominations and all manner of humanoid horrors follow the LMI army in toe, as though compelled by a higher power to follow.

The Onyx Fleet departs LMI seas. Towering, elegant, and gleaming battleships that were once foreign to the LMI navy now sail side by side with the more traditional cobbled together vessels of the past. Likewise, the hoard of millions which forms the new LMI army marches out of the forest.

September 15th, 2019. The House of Greats releases a Decree, Militarization of the Seas of Conexum and her Islands, 3NM from it's coasts.
The 1st South Alterheim Fleet militarizes the Alterheim Bay, but avoiding the seas of neighboring Dixadoing. New Ships from the Conexum Royal Navy (CRN) and the Conexum Confidential Navy (CCN) rolls out new classes of state-of-the-art ships the comprises the 1st South Alterheim Fleet, the first official military fleet of Conexum. The fleet is comprised of 2 Battlecruisers and 4 Cruisers.
This was done in response to The land of madness and insanity's aggression towards other nations, and this is a preemptive defense system.
(I've relocated Conexum months ago, the No one handles the map no more so uhh yea.
