Rhiney's actions, whether some members of this region choose to recognize them, violate the laws of California, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania, states which 4 call participants (who did not consent to his manipulative recording to gain personal info) were in.

This should be said, regardless of how many attempts to cover it are made.
