WWII was fought in two stages, and in multiple concurrent but often originally unrelated regional wars that would come to have overlapping areas of interest, with some countries even belonging in the contrary respective sides of certain conflicts (For instance Poland would have collaborated with both the Japanese and FBU against the Soviets, even while the FBU and Japan were at war with each other in the Pacific).

The Second Allied War against Germany, during which the Franco-British, Polish, Italian-Helvetican Communards and several aligned NPC nations (Hungary, Czechoslovakia, Romania) fought Nazi Germany from 1938 to 1941, since my version of Poland would never tolerate the Munich Agreement to come to pass, and would force the issue with Germany through force of arms.

This would be followed by the Second Polish-Soviet War, which would begin shortly after the start of the Allied War against Germany with an earlier Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact - in this war, the FBU, Poland and some of her allies would have fought from 1939-1946 against the USSR in a grueling war that would have raged back and forth across Western Russia indecisively for several years, before finally being concluded by the deployment of two Polish-Franco-British developed nuclear weapons in Smolensk (which was targeted as an important front-line city), and the naval base in Kronstadt (which served to guard approaches to Leningrad in the Gulf of Finland, and which is close enough to Leningrad itself that the bombing would have been visible to the naked eye from across the horizon to many within the city, serving as a very clear warning).

The Francoist Regime continues into power in Spain, which unified with the psuedo-Fascist Portuguese Nuovo Estado regime. Likewise, the psuedo-Fascist regimes in Hungary and Romania existed, but were eventually ousted by the machinations of the Poles, so that Central Europe's history largely mirrors its OTL 20th Century pre-1991 character of leftist regimes, only being aligned to Libertarian-Socialist/Euro-Communist Poland, rather than the Bolshevik Orthodox Soviets. There have since emerged several psuedo-fascist/rightist regimes in Europe and North Africa, namely Denmark and the so-called 'Roman Empire', which consists of much of North Africa and the South of Italy.

However Fascism's legacy in the 20th Century is much smaller, at least in Europe, than in our own timeline - it never came to dominate Italy, and Nazism was killed in the cradle before its worst crimes could come to pass, namely in that events such as the Holocaust never came to transpire as they did in our own timeline.
