OOC: Yes, I know... my writing sucks, but I had to write this post. This post is the first in a new RP series that will likely have a huge impact on Valsoran RP. The only thing is, I'm not going to be making the posts for this RP. This is sadly the last post that I will make on this account. The rest of you will decide the fate of Kian Khe. You can fight over his land, divide it into spheres of influence, or let the 1 billion remaining Kianese live in complete anarchy for all eternity. I really don't care, I just want there to be an RP for this. Have fun!

Note: about the plasma-sheathed shells, GPARF has 2 types coding Type 1 and Type 2.

Type 1: the velocity of the shell is high enough to create a layer of plasma. Used for railguns and coilguns.

Type 2: the shell has a device which will generate plasma and the plasma generated will hit the target before the shell hits. Used for normal guns.

So the shells I am selling are of Type 2

The Military is brought back to the newly formed Revolutionary State to help them gain more land. They aim to take at least the Southeastern portion of the east coast and the mainland. The process is fastened as Provinces and Cities whose leaders sided President Chung declared themselves governors under the Revolutionary State. This is a win for the Shinnokawans since they can now deal with the problem of the Shinguos.

President Chung approves and allows for the Visa-free migration of Shinguos to Kian-Khe once the area has been developed and modernized. The Prime Minister and the Legislature approves of this too.
