I know it's not healthy.. indeed it's probably very bad for me but I absolutely love a full english breakfast.

For full effect it has to be 3 rashers of thick cut smoked (english) bacon, 2 slices of black pudding, 2 pork sausages and 2 eggs (all fried in lard), with chunky cut mushrooms (fried in the lard with the bacon and black pud and sausage), baked beans, a fried slice of bread done in the frying pan after the bacon, etc, 2 slices of toast and a portion of tinned plum tomatoes done in the frying pan after everything else (with a sprinkling of sugar). All washed down with a nice cup of tea.

Don't let the urges take control. Fight it!

Only thing bad about the English is the beans. I don't really mind them that much. But for breakfast? They seem more if a middle of the day food. And don't worry about it not being healthy. i can barely talk

Luckily we only have eggs, beans, bread and bacon in the house.

Also, beans are perfect food for any meal of the day, a lot of the time they are 1 of your 5 a day AND they are a perfect slightly sweet accompaniment to a dish that has a lot of heavily savoury items.

And I can’t talk either. Singaporean/ Malaysian food is soooo unhealthy. I normally have toast and half boiled(as in like the eggs are still watery) eggs for breakfast

I don't mean to undermine leftist solidarity; however a full English is just an Ulster fry but worse.

lmao the closest I have to a breakfast is when I have granola. But if I ever have time, get me some bakery bread, maybe some jam, and a black coffee. If I have enough energy, I will maybe make some scrambled eggs. Boom! A lazy man's breakfast.

That's actually quite good of a flag, if I say so myself!

This is one of the main reasons I like this region... besides a unified opposition to capitalism of course.

Uh... Solidarity kinda just got featured...
