If you want a general cleanup + extra pizazz to it, I can drop you this code you can use:
[background-block=#FFDBAB][color=FFDBAB].[/color]
[center][img view="shadow"]https://i.ibb.co/x6WbPLj/GER-default-newspaper-title-Photoroom.png[/img][/center]
[/background-block][hr][table=noheader][tr][td][center][font=times new roman][size=230][b]TITLE[/b][/size][/font][/center][/td][/tr][/table]
[table=noheader][tr][td][size=120][font=Segoe UI]TEXT[/size][/font][/td][/tr][/table]
Now, let me explain -
[background] isn't that useful as a BBcode. If you want a true recolor of your background, use [background-block]. [background] is useful for highlighting stuff. Not as a formatting tool - like changing the background of your factbook.
If you're going to place a [font] (or a [size]) command + text, be sure to place [/size][/font] right at the end of your text, not after you made multiple spaces down. Doing that - will nullify it. The command won't take effect. Keep your [size]'s, and your [font]'s on the same line as your [/font] and [/size], it looks more organized, and much, much better to edit.
For my BBcode that I sent above, I added tables so everything looked organized + extra *pizazz). You don't have to use it ofc, its your factbook, but it might help with what you got o7
Otherwise, add text, and maybe even images to the side if you can. If you're not sure what codes do what, look at the list of BBcode, and the fonts generally supported on nationstates if you want to use different fonts.
