Ray Neal would nod then immediately get up and walk towards the delegation. The first things that they would notice is Ray’s mechanical right arm, the shotgun pistol holstered to his right hip, and his fiery orange eyes; one of the traits of a Liabah. He sticks out his right mechanical arm towards Vaxily for a handshake. Vaxily shakes Neal's hand. He looks at his face as he notices that he is a tad bit shorter than him. He takes notice of his pistol and starts to become cautious as he sees the mechanical arm. "Interesting bionic arm that you have." He says to Neal as he gives him a handshake.

“Ah yes. Got this when an assassin shot off my real arm in an attempt on my life.” He would let go of Vaxily’s hand and roll up his right sleeve all the way to his shoulder, where you could see the connection point between flesh and titanium. “I made sure to have it on the correct strength setting this time. That really gave the Minudian President a scare.” He chuckles and sees Vaxily glance at the gun. “Oh, that. That’s just in case they try to finish the job. Don’t worry, killing you isn’t in my best interest.” He would wink and motion for them to have a seat. As he walks back to his seat and sits. “If you are thirsty, I do have some tea. If you are hungry, I can have some food made while we talk.”

"Well thank the gods." Vaxily takes a seat on the chair. His friend does the same, taking a seat beside him. "We corvids primarily eat seeds and some meat. As long as it does not have chocolate in it, I'm okay with eating it. Our biology is far different than you mammalians. With us being completely Avian, we lack teeth. Which is why we often bring gizzard stones with us. They help us eat our food." Vaxily says to the president of Waupun Island. His mind strikes up, causing him to ask something. "So, what do you know about our... defective brothers the Accipitrids? They're a rough bunch I tell you." He lets out a small and quiet chuckle at the end

“Not too much. I like to keep tabs on most countries’ races and leaders, but haven’t known too much about them. I honestly thought you two were really just the same, with maybe a divergence in culture or something. A little bit off-topic here, but the Syca are a scary bunch. They are apparently quite nice, but they don’t look it.” He pauses, and his tail points up, and swishes from side to side, puffing up slightly. “That’s for damn sure...” He pauses again. “Anyways, y’all hungry? I can have some steak done however ya want. Us Liabahs can still eat raw meat, but we do prefer it cooked and seasoned.”

"Oh, steak is good. We have our own back in Korviya. But we have polar bear steak. Tastes good when you add the right spices." Vaxily smiles before he preens his feathers with his beak. "Before you ask, our polar bears are in the process of domestication. Once they're domesticated, we are free to export polar bear meat and fur. Anyways, I think I would like the steak though."

“Alright.” He pushes a button and a server comes into the room to take everyone’s order.

“I’ll take my normal steak, with some tea.” Ray says. The server scribbles down some notes. He turns and asks what each of the Corvids will take. He scribbles down some more notes as they respond and he leaves.

“He’ll be back soon. We only have the best chefs in Waupun Island!”

"Goodie!" Vaxily grins

“Now. You all came here to discuss something, right? Like trade terms? If I recall correctly, Korviya just joined OSEAN.” Ray asked.

"Yes we recently did. I was thinking of opening up a few trade routes to Waupun Island. However, I would need to construct some ports first as transofrming Korviya into a merchant state will be a big thing for us Corvids. The current commodities we have are Polar Bear Fur, whale oil, and fish I believe."

“Hmmm... Ok. Beaver Dam is the biggest city in Waupun, and it is also a port city. You can most likely use the large cargo port there. Our human population would love to have some polar bear fur and meat. You shouldn’t have to worry about protecting them as we are the only 2 nations up here for the time being. And our ports are pretty safe as we rely on a lot of imports for our food. No one would want to mess up something that could potentially throw us into a famine.”

"Then I guess it is settled then. Looks like our fur surplus is not going to waste. And I don't have to worry about foreign intervention since we're the only nations here. Sweet."

“Alright. Anything else? Like a defense pact, etc?”

"A defense pact seems reasonable. I'll take it. I would like to also implement an immigration treaty that allows people to travel between our nations."

“That is fine. We have pretty lax immigration laws as it is because of our lax gun laws and stuff. If you f*ck up, you aren’t going to have a very nice day.”

"Understandable.”

There was a knock on the door.

“Oh? It looks like the food is here. Let us eat.”

"Okay." Vaxily waits

The food was served and eaten.

“That was good.” Ray said. One more thing before this meeting ends: Would you like an embassy to be built here in Fond du Lac?”

"Of course. We will do the same by building an embassy in Sova."

“Alright.” He paused. “You can send some architects to design a Korviyan-style building in a nice plot of land near here. I shall also send some architects to design a Waupunese-style building. Sound good?”

"Sounds good." Vaxily nods

“Okay. You are welcome to stay the night here, but I am guessing y’all will be leaving tomorrow, correct?”

"Correct. The jet is currently refueling and the pilots are getting their rest."

“Alright. Well, if you need anything, the maid staff will be happy to accommodate. If you need anything from me, just tell one of the maid staff, or call my room on the telephone that is in each room.”

"Gotcha."

They both stood up, shook hands, and the Corvid delegation left the room and went back to theirs.
