Strangereal RP

The first New Wellesley Parliamentary Session ended yesterday at 4:30PM local time with several ministers interviewed by our stalking news reporters. The session gone on without any thing out of the ordinary and the ministers were protected by the Southern Georgetown Police Force.

Discussions held during the session were:
- Transition of power from Colonial Workers to Local Workers
- Construction of several new apartments to replace the slums of Georgetown
- Finalization for the plans of the 65 floors tall National Trade Exchange building in Butterworth
- Rights of indigenous people with the creation of the Ministry of Indigenous Affairs (MIA)
- Creation of the Federal Trade Agency (FTA) to entice investors into our country.
- Refurbishment of several old clinics in rural areas
- Creation of electoral districts

The Speaker of the House of Representatives said that the next session won't be broadcasted live onto television or radio due to issues surrounding the telecommunications infrastructure in New Wellesley. This issue would be resolved until the wires between the Federal Assembly Building and the local radio station are reconnected.

The Ministry of General Healthcare announced the creation of the National Healthcare Coverage Program which aims to build more clinics in rural areas and refurbish several old clinics. The NHCP would cover approximately 4,956,700+ people living in New Wellesley with the construction of hundreds of new clinics already starting.

The national police force has bought 2,000 new Heckler & Koch P9's from local business man Sir Lee R. Jenkins to replace the aging Model 36.

The Ministry of Public Transport (MPT) has bought 6 new diesel powered locomotives ahead of the construction of the North-South National Railway. The MPT has also subsidized the local Ghee Hin Bus Construction Company to supply busses for the Federal Bus Transport Service (FBTS). All tickets for the busses of FBTS would only cost 50 Cents.

Valentine Z's Photography Adventures - Mk. 1

So this is going to be a new non-ICly thing! As some of you can tell by now, I do a lot of photography in my free time! Almost all the time it is a hobby thing - there were times when I do take photos with my family, or friends... and even then, I would not receive any money from it*. Not that I want to, actually. I do this for fun first and foremost, and being able to hone my skills just by taking a lot of photos have been nothing short of fantastic! And hey, you're your own boss in a hobby. I get free reign on where I want to go, and where I want to take shots!

* If in the event that I entered a photo for a competition with actual money involved, I will NOT be using NationStates to promote or involve it in any way, and will not tell about the contest until it's over.

My current equipment:
- Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra.
- LG V60.
- DSLR first and foremost - Nikon D850, attached with 18-105 Sigma Lens, full-frame.
- Unfortunately, my D5100 has nearly kicked the bucket, thank you for serving for these 13 years.
- Sony AXP-35 (a camcorder, might do some little shorts, too).

WARNING: Photos are extremely large and might drain your data. Might be slow too! Each photo, unless panoramas or cropped, is typically 5-25 MB big. Please make sure you have unlimited / more-than-enough data before opening.

The city of Fumen the site of the wargames for this section of city is where the river Liu enters the city, over looking the defenders and much of the city is Wuzhi mountain the first objective for the attackers. Then comes the red brick suburbs these houses have small gardens with local corner stores on every other street, with two major parks and two primary schools lie on the edge of the city there playgrounds long since left to rot. Yet one thing dominates this part of the city the local university its great marble structure pock marked with bullet holes yet it stands defiant the four store tall building acts as the second main objective for the attackers. The furthest northern part of the city in the war game area is the two main residential zones, great apartment blocks tower up to 10 stories tall though all damaged in one way or another most remains standing though lacking any clear objectives the buildings height will make great positions for either side spotters for artillery. The third section sits upon the river bank at the centre of the war game area with the apartment blocks to its north, the suburbs to its west, and the river to its east and south. This area is mostly great luxury housing and office blocks here the last two main objectives stood one more to the north the great power station it once supplied great amounts of energy to this area of the city in a real war taking this will allow the attackers to control the power of the city. The final objective is the main bridge of the city, as though there is 5 bridges this bridge next to jinxiu Community centre which is second most southern bridge, capturing this will make it far harder for defenders to take men from east side of the river and would in a true battle give the attackers the perfect way to cross the river and attack the city proper.
