Well yes, 1st of all i am not mentioned under the cartography team but people see i host the map and just tg me which is an indication in and of itself that they haven't taken the time to read it or they'd see the second red flag being that there is a disclaimer which very specifically says that i am not a cartographer, and there are some brainlets that tg me anyway.

well he retconned that whole war so he isn't necessarily weak anymore, it is however extremely lazy that he'd say he just like that has the equipment for a moonlanding without any rp base for it whatsoever. Claiming to get the tech from a different nation that doesnt exist is ofcourse very much a no.
