The Nation First Party Nominee Convention, 2021.

Today, January 7th, 2021 was the official party election to determine the nominee for the Nation First Party to run for President. President Sokolov is seeking a second term, and Prince Davidovich, the so called "People's Prince", has decided to challenge Sokolov, promising to rebuild a struggling nation beyond his empowering charity. During the campaign up to this point, Sokolov and Davidovich have become increasingly different in terms of ideology. Sokolov comes off to most as a traditional conservative who has been slow to use the government to help rebuild, although this could not be totally blamed on Sokolov, due to the need for the military and police to keep the country together in its earliest stage. Davidovich however, came across to most as a younger, smarter candidate, who was not too far right and not too far left, a man who wasnt afraid to defend values of the nation, but also wasnt afraid to use whatever resources needed to bring prosperity to the country, without disregarding rights. The general public had also taken a liking to Davidovich's charity, which had been used to build and grow small business's. Sokolov's campaign had attempted to paint Davidovich as a man using his popularity to try and become an absolute monarch, a plan which failed hard. Davidovich was incredibly popular with the young voters and working class. Even in the face of saber rattling by Gorkassk, Davidovich's popularity did not faulter, even with the People's Party of Tierdza, the left wing front which wanted to return to communism, made multiple ads painting Davidovich as the devil, they failed. So at that point, the convention results were a foregone conclusion.

Prince Davidovich had won the nomination, and would fight to become President of Tierdza.
