Unfortunately, the only RP that's allowed on the RMB are those set on TNP's RMB map, Strangereal, which you can join by sending a TG to me or another carto on the team. If you want to have more autonomy over the stories you make, you may have to move regions to one that is more relaxed regarding RP rules (insert plug for The East Pacific here).

Your flag is beautiful, but it could use some improvements.
A flag is a message. A way of letting your citizens know "I AM TOREMICZ CPPIAA AND I AM PROUD" or whatever your nation name is. You could use symbols from colonizers, include a national symbol, etc. I have the fleur-de-lis due to the colonization of France. Also, if you want a symbol, don't tilt it. It should only be tilted if it has symbolic meaning. Also, choose color combinations that are common. I mean, yeah my teal/turquoise is rare in flags, but flags still have it. But if you want unique colors, go ahead! Just make sure its symbolic.
