Our nations seem to have completely different systems, and your nation seems to be not willing to give and inch - you literally had yourself a perfect secnario for establishing relations right now - the overwhelimng majority of the Novoblupolian Senate voted in favor of attempting to befriend you and the government was willing to do everything necessary to go through all the processes you would have requested to go through. But you decided to reject our open view and instead said that you were offended by Novoblupolian freedom of speech and our Senate not being a hive-minded one-party dictatorship.
You never caused any trouble in Novoblupolian Senate prior to you claiming to be offended by the Novoblupolian democracy. The Senate's debate and expression of different is an everyday thing in our democratic system. If you are not willing to make contact with that system or start any dialogue whatsoever, so be it. Sigh. You seem to be cranky. I never said I was offended by your democracy at all. Check the posts yourself. I just said I did not think you should be establishing relations with Norrho if our country faced such demeaning criticism in your Senate. If you consider your system to be superior to ours, we respect that and you should not give in to anyone. I, for one, never asked you to do so. If my nation “seems to be not willing to give and inch” why would I not accept your offer which yielded to my way of doing things? It’s a matter of stable relations, very central to a long lasting partnership. If many of your Senators have such opinions about Norrho then that could become a problem in the future.
