You have to become the WA Delegate. To do that, you need to have the most endorsements in the region you want to raid. You need to give the WA Delegate Executive permission for this to work. So when you are the WA Delegate, you have power over the region. This is the part where you kick everyone out and suppress messages.

No, you cannot have your puppet nations join the WA all at once. That is against the rules. You need other people to join the raid so they endorse you.

Yes. I will raid with you. Just get your friends to temporarily move to The American Alliance and endorse me. Also, do not leave until the raid is over. We need to all join the region and the WA in order for this to work. If you want to make this easier for us, go to your New sutarianesia nation and grant me as an officer over everything.
