There are a few things you can use on Chromebooks. There should be a built in image editor, and there are a few free ones you can download or use in-browser.

Well if they're school is like mine, most things are blocked and you have to be careful about what you download bc it gets given to another student once you leave the school.

I'm in college, but the few programs I can download are rather terrible. Plus i'm pretty bad at that kind of stuff anyways.

The OP still says 140 but you do have a point. Maybe you can request Polar to change it.
