trying to push some activity life to my NS building so i wont get the axe.

When confronted with horsemen throwing clay pots of oil upon Doman Shield and Spear walls to then be set on fire with a torch, this conversation happened:
"How did they come up with this idea?! It's so ingenious"
"Commander, we did the same thing against our enemies formation. It's not a new tactic"
"Masters of warfare they are"
"deep sigh"

What a wonderful resolution. It's great that cities are taking steodbagainst tobacco. Oh, wait a sec... is that an international organization regulating cigarettes? Wtf

It's amazing how many billions I've been able to shed off my military budget by simply shifting 25% of active personnel to the reserve column.

So hypothetically if something happened to a country's leader and they weren't able to rule, so the country fell into a downward spiral and divided. Could the League do anything to help?

1) Said country’s government is poorly designed.
2) Yes League Peacekeepers can be sent to handle the crisis but it’s not in the business of rebuilding a functioning government.

For example, just read up on what’s been going on with Menna shuli

They could sanction a peacekeeping invasion to stabilize and help establish a peaceful and effective transitional government and ensure that vital services and general rule of law remains intact.

Mitravarta

How would you write the sound "ah" as in "add" or "mad" in IPA? I'm trying to make the language of Mitravarta sound different from other Indo Aryan languages, and one of the rules that I've come up for it so far is that अ (I think this is called a schwa in linguistics) and आ (sound of "ah") are instead changed to this new sound.

It seems so and is why Nhoor voted against; it would create a nasty precedent on the GA meddling in member states' domestic affairs.

lol. That precedent has existed for years.

To summarize, MS doesn't have a constitution, it has tradition which is interpreted by a pseudo-supreme court that advises the 'uhitap. There isn't a clear line of succession or fallback in case of incapable leaders. The current 'uhitap had a stroke last summer which put him in a coma. Everything negative in the country since can be directly tied to that.

No need to keep confirming it though ^_^

I hope this isn't the beginning of something terrible

Not going to lie the writing got a laugh out of me because this is what I’d expect to see out of North Korea.

And an extra billion from one too many zeroes in submarine upkeep. At this rate I'll be able to keep the whole military well under 8% of GDP. Maybe even under 7%.

The Miklanian Military-Industrial Complex keeps on chugging.

Long may it remain so.

Is that an insult or a joke? Either way, I'm very confused.
