I am genuinely stuck between them and don't know lol. I'mma be different and say Stargate
I pity the youth of today that they choose from the utter garbage that is the new trilogy on one side, and the equally horrendous Discovery and Picard on the other (not even mentioning the latest seasons of Doctor Who). If you had asked me on any other year of the decades I have been following both franchises, I would likely have said Star Trek, specifically Deep Space Nine. Right now however, I am inclined towards Star Wars, thanks entirely to the existence of Dave Filoni and the lack of any equivalent figure on the Star Trek side.

Reading. There are of course many different genres, along with visual novels and the like, though audiobooks and films are less common. They are also fond of Mastermind - style quiz games about their favourite books. Often, the one thing they enjoy more than reading is crafting their own story.
