What do your guys countries think about the use of Nuclear weaponry

Good to be back online!

Happy (belated) birthday! Perhaps the downtime meant you had more time to spend opening presents and eating cake. :)

Weapons of last resort to be used only when there is no other way to prevent total defeat.

Weapons to be used in response to a nuclear strike or when the sovereignty of the nation is gravely endangered

Don't use them, because they'll destroy everything if you do. And that makes it pointless. That's the policy on paper, at least.

A threat or a show of power; to ensure a stalemate or evade a war.
Never use them, for in nuclear war there are no winners, just those who lose the least.

My country disapproves the use of nuclear warheads and doesn’t have any

While it must be acknowledged that for the safely of one's citizens against nuclear powers, it is better to have nuclear weapons than not, the truth is they should all be dismantled. My nation doesn't have any and disapproves of any nation having any. The world should ban together in support of mutual disarmament.

Can we send an invite to a new country called Perplandia Territory of Broxburg

This discussion reminds me of the song "Russians" by Sting. The music is taken from Sergei Prokofiev's Lieutenant Kijé suite. The lyrics, written by Sting, address the topic of mutual assured destruction. The song expresses a distinctly British stance on the politics of the Cold War, approving of neither American nor Soviet doctrines; its lyrics criticize Ronald Reagan and Nikita Khrushchev alike. The music and lyrics together convey an eternally relevant message: that the future of the human race is worth more than any political or military victory. "Russians" serves as a poignant reminder that the only lasting effects of war — nuclear or not — are death and destruction. It is a beautiful song well worth a (re-)listen.

Unfortunately, the URL formatting tag doesn't work when embedding a link to a non-NationStates webpage in an RMB post, so instead I will paste a rather unglamorous link to the music video here: https://youtu.be/wHylQRVN2Qs

Oh, and if you're curious about my stance on nuclear weaponry, I'm with Sting on this one.

You don't need to receive a recruitment telegram to join a region. You can navigate to the region's homepage (Hive, in this case), scroll down, and click the button that says, "Move [nation] to [region]!" You should be able to find this button beneath the lists of embassies and tags. That said, if you prefer we send your new nation a recruitment telegram instead, that can be arranged. :)
