A Puppet of My Nation, just a quick question, how does the region's WA delegate decide what to vote for in the WA, if at all?
Thank you for your question. The answer has a few layers to it. Legally, the Delegates of Hive and FNR vote under the direction of the Officer of the Assembly, who is also the de jure Delegate of Equiterra. (At the moment, the Equiterran Delegacy isn't actually held by the Officer of the Assembly, but by another trusted community member, because a formal Delegate transition never took place, but I digress.) Conventionally, the Officer of the Assembly conducts a poll on the Discord server, and the result of this poll determines how the Delegates vote. Unfortunately, this system fell into inactivity around the start of this year, which is why I don't normally vote in the WA. When I do vote, it's usually because someone with ties to the FNF wrote a proposal and reached out to me privately to ask for my vote.
