I just want to avoid a situation where the forum controls the government and people who have not joined are not represented. That sort of thing happens a lot in the feeders. Maybe we could do it via regional poll. There is a setting to restrict it to only members who have been in the region for a while. Meanwhile, the campaigns could still be located offsite, visible to everyone.

We could set up a citizenship program. Applications and what not. To be a citizen you would have to prove wa membership. it wouldnt need to be ur nation here, but you would need a wa nation to prove that we dont have puppets scewing elections
