Region: The Leftist Assembly

I've gotten the impression that at least a few people there are uncomfortable with us specifically and I have little interest in the elections and laws that seem to take up a lot of time there. The legalistic justification given for breaking embassies with us (and FAC) reflects some real differences in perspective between our two regions"

Are somehow solely about the law itself and not questioning our integrity is patently ridiculous. Even if there's no ill will intended it's still clear that some think of us as an other.

My post was not questioning the integrity of TLA at all, no insult was intended. I did complement two comrades from here as well in the part you cut off...

We in NK view the region as a space for discussion and aren't concerned much with regional governments or minutiae involved with them at this point (are we or the FAC still in violation of the embassy policy for not really having them?). I see in hindsight that my stated lack of interest in regional laws and such may come off as derogatory; I didn't mean to imply your region's focus on them is incorrect or needs to be changed. It's simply a difference in how our regions approach NS. That's part of the value in both of our regions being part of the NSLeft and us having embassies, that there can be positive and fruitful exchanges between such diverse groups both in political views and in regards to individual preference for regional organization.

We do view embassies more importantly than others here apparently. In this case I view them as a symbol of camaraderie besides being a convenient means of communication between us. I assume that's part of why others struggled to understand why a law was seen as more important than our embassy.
