Sorry for the absolute mess of regional officer appointments! I wrongly believed you could give two separate roles to the same nation, but it just turned out it renamed them, even when the two roles had different authorities. Then, after all of it was fixed, I saw that the spacing on the regional homepage was wrong between Senator and the respective ministerial portfolios, so I had to go through them all again to fix it.
