Funny enought that's the topic for my french exam and basically the hardest part is actually not sweating as you're so bundled up and moving. You also have to have patience and take your time. A 30 minute bikeride will easily take 45 minutes or longer.

It also said that snow bikers get mad respect from car drivers in the winter as you generally get treated poorly as biker which makes that an upside, probably because it's -50°C with a windchill and see you biking they think you're some kind of legend.
