The guns mounted upon the APCs began unloading bullet after bullet into the hordes of prisoners. Machine guns went off, the town was a giant strategy game at this point. APCs and choppers continued to move into the hot zone, unloading armed men and mowing down the escapees.
“Sir, what’s your status?”
“We’re down five men, there’s just too many of them? How the hell did they even manage to ge- bang bang bang _{Commander? Commander!}”
“God*mnit! Get me sector 4 command over the radio!”
“This is sector 4. What do you want?”
“We need a status update! What’s going on over there?”
“Our forces appear to be getting overrun. There’s too many of them with too many guns”
