Greetings To All,

I am Erwin von Zenzefer III. I am the 3rd Emperor of The Empire of Scherzinger. I have come to this region in the hopes that i might find some rp work, to hopefully increase my social skills (which i am somewhat admittedly poor at), to perhaps get to know others, and, if all is willing, ascend to a government position, no matter how big or small. I am an experienced individual (rper diplomacy etc.) in public affairs and i think that, should things go well, i could be a well known and long serving member of this region. I hope to make some sort of impact that would merit my stay in this region and deem it acceptable. I bring with me a strong military, brilliant scientists and engineers, and High Charity II, a holy city planetoid that serves as the pride of years of hard work, determination, as well as military might and beauty. I would like to ask all if there are any rules, do/donts, and other organization material that i should read before i get started. I hope to hear from you soon.
