I forgot to tell about another major reason for my almost 0 crime rate...
I publicly execute all the criminals immediately after they are found guilty in court...from drunk drivers to murderers - I execute them all.
It also saves me money - because i don't need prisons,nor to maintain the health of the criminal.
Yep,I am cruel - but only towards criminals and hostile nations,I have 0 tolerance to crime.
