The Fate of Petrograd

This will most likely only apply or matter to a small number of nations on Earth, but the Russian State of Petrograd is now officially an NPC state, however as it is small and isolated coming off the devastation of its Independence War and Stek Invasion, Petrograd is in an unstable government with all sorts of factions scrambling to take power. Its dangers do not end there, with the ever ominous threat of Russian Re-Integration or Stek Invasion, and now the Necrons have returned under a banner of peace. Petrograd wonders if it still has the protection of the NEF and Teutionia, but only time will tell.
