We Have Officially decided that HoLe will not have ships,troops or aircraft in Ecumenopolis. HoLe's "Peace Keepers" will all be monitered by Ecumenopolis
and Ecumenopolis will have full control over the deportation.
If HoLe decides to be Stupid and Send Troops on ecumenopolitarion soil or have ships in Ecume waters they will be shot down with out warning.
