It has come to the attention of the Communial Government of the Fusean Communes that there is trouble brewing in South Osea as a volatile Government wishes to ethnically cleanse its northern regions of a native group that it deems undesirable in the state's current sphere. Not only that but it wishes to be prepared for war with its peaceful neighbors at the flick of a switch, at the blink of an eye, for that; is undesirable.

The Fusean Communes has closely observed the Honorable League's actions as it tackles this situation with extreme caution getting in touch with the Ecume Government that after much bickering, agreed to a set of guidelines for the Humane Evacuation of the Seranians as they are pushed out of their homelands by a hardliner government. But that never, and will never happen due to the stubbornness of the Ecumenopolis Government, the whole Operation was cancelled by the HoLe Representative for the peaceful operation due to the Ecume Gov. basically wanting Honorable League personnel as puppets which would never happen.

Not only that but as the Ecume Government announced its ambitions to push these natives out of their country, my allies had no option to put troops on the border because of the Ecume Government's actions. I have trouble wrapping my head around why the Political sphere within Ecumenopolis is so fragile that a Military Junta was declared. Was it because the international community wasn't going to let Ecume commit ethnic cleansing? Because the Ecume Government knew we weren't just gonna set idly by?

In return with the most recent coup and the declaration of a Military Junta came with a force of 300k troops coming on the border with Tommatito and the Mavella Socialist Republic which is totally unacceptable. My allies in Tommatito put a force the size of your teensy tiny neighbor on your border and you responded with a quarter of a million and for the MSR? They had nothing on the border. This, will not stand.

Your unneeded aggression does nothing more than turn the tide of International relations against you as you provoke other people in South Osea and beyond.

You have forced my hand. Effective immediately Alliance known as the Red and Black Front will be set on Orange Alert, as to prepare for a war if the Ecumenopolis Government continues to provoke my allies and doesn't back down from its current stance of trying to poke the bear. We are giving you 48 hours to decide if you are willing to come to the negotiation table for the deescalation of the border situation. The Ecume Government may, or if you refuse we are more than ready to negotiate with your leader in OSEAN.
