Luwuia would like to host an international tank competition to see which country has the best tank in various area's. Luwuia invites all countries to join including those that might not have the most favorable relations. Specifically Luwuia would like to invite All members of the KF and Artaecus

RP: Free Tanks

Luwuia is giving approximately 500 L8A1 Main Battle Tanks to Kiamai as well as offering to train the tank crews at no charge in an effort to boost the countries Military Capabilities so they do not have to rely heavily on Luwuian Military Aid in the future.

RP || Accepting the invite

    The Artaecusian Government accepts the invite to the international tank competition and will be sending their entries over as soon as possible. Two M8A2's will be flown over along with the crew, ADI representatives, and other relating equipment for the competition itself.

RP || AGS Competition

    With the competition still running, several of the companies participating in the competition itself have submitted models to be demonstrated and evaluated by the Artaecus Legion's Armored Board. There are quite a few strong contenders in the competition, with the others being rejected as they have been determined to be unsatisfactory by the Armored Board.

    One of these failures is the XM109 submitted by Barkmann Defense Industries. It had passed many of the tests on the ground, with performance on par with the other entries and seemed promising. As it came to the airborne tests however, the performance drop was catastrophic. During the air-drop tests the XM109 consistently failed to survive the landing even after numerous modifications, as one of the Armoured Board members would put it;

    "The vehicle performed well enough when it came to mobility and firepower tests, but everytime that thing air-dropped it always failed. On landing, the thing didn't even look like a tank anymore. It just kept getting mangled on landing and we don't even know how they've managed to design a tank that does this."

    To note, Barkmann Defense Industries has sent 10 vehicles to repeat these tests. All have been destroyed during the air-drops.
