Luwuia is proposing the creation of a new council within the Kalranian Federation, The new council would be called the "Security Council" and would handle matters related to regional security and military decisions relating to the Kalranian Federation, Luwuia ask that all members of the KF either vote Nay or Yay for the creation of such council
