Diplomat arrives and passes a War Declaration for have a Liberation Justification to save the Remaning Rekkenists they opressed (They shot Rekkenists on TV public and Killed my Special Forces in past.

Command "Tora Tora Tora" is given and Icewindian Planes fly over to Major Naval yards with Fighter Escorts and Naval Bombers who begin to do a surprise attack on any Navy Ship or Repair Yard/Dock/Fuel Center in Luwuia even going as far as to do strafing runs on Civilians. The same plan they did on Wolfyharbor so long ago, infact many of these pilots are those who did Wolfyharbor.

The Icewindian Fleet is nearby and turns towards Luwuia and is heading over with Troop Transports. The Threat of Invasion is real.
