The Federal Republic of Cossack Peoples, under the wise leadership of (acting) Principle Chairman Afonasei Smirnov, wishes you and your dominion the best, though your nudism, rampant unchastity, and slavery are distasteful.

However, it would mutually benefit our nations to open up long-lasting commercial agreements right away. The FRCP Department of Commerce will handle imports and exports, should you be interested in Cossack masonry, timber, or heavy industries of information technology or arms manufacturing. The FRCP, however, desires natural gas, nickel and cobalt, tungsten, and consumer products (e.g. packaged foods, cultural trinkets, etc.). Please, feel free to communique a response in pursuit of joint prosperity, or even to have a formal exchange of embassies.

On behalf of the United Senate and People of the United primal provinces, New gilneas city, and Dusk haven I would like to formally thank you for your kind words. Although our peoples seem to have a differing sense of morality, your own nation's lack of any political or civil rights do not put you in a place to judge the moral standings of a significantly larger nation.

An alliance between our peoples would indeed be very much so beneficial, although the United Senate and I will require some assurances before trade and diplomatic relations may begin.
