^{National Intelligence Service Narrows Perpetrators Down to Japanese Ultra-Nationalists and Republican Groups}

| _{Preliminary investigations by the the NIS into the Seoul Bombings, which claimed the lives of 273 people and injured over 2,000 others has been pinned on republican groups and Japanese ultra-nationalists.
