In general kids don't have a lot of RMB skills and are more likely to be an annoying presence than adults.

People tend to improve over time learning from experiences. Of course, some don't but a lot still do. I can say this because I've experienced it myself. I was quite a pest on the RMB when I was still 11 something, and over time I've gotten better, and I also probably have a long way to go :P
