The Republic of Norrho recognizes the Socialist Federation of Arthralonia and will send a "chargé d'affaires" to Yggdrasil as a prelude to the signing of a Joint Communiqué on the Agreement on an Exchange of Ambassadors. Norrho hopes for the comprehensive development of bilateral relations with a further Norrho-Arthralonia Joint Statement that defines close contacts and frequent high level visits, as well as cooperation in the fields of politics, trade, culture, the military, and the economy.
