"Alright then. Do you perhaps have any suggestions for how we can collaborate together? As of right now, Spain has no large interest to develop a fully-independent space program as we are working with the European Space Agency right now. We are, however, planning to open a space agency of sorts which will oversee experimental rocket launches and state-owned satellite development. Maybe Japan could assist with research on experimental suborbital sounding rockets and satellite development?"
