"Indeed. Do correct me if I'm mistaken, but to my understanding, the Abu Dhabi-Tehran security pact is built around mutual cooperation in the areas of defense and security. The Republic of Turkey, being a significant regional power, would naturally be interested in participating in such a security pact to help contribute to MENA security and stability. Perhaps military exercises and intelligence sharing agreements could be reached upon, as well as a program to stabilize the region and help relocate war-torn migrants in areas such as Syria and Iraq."

"It is about mutual defense and security yes but it is through mutual trust and alignment of regional security interests to ensure Abu Dhabi and Tehran remain on the same page for the good of the people of the Middle East as a whole rather than self-interested agendas that have plagued our region for far too long. I am open to the idea of trilateral security arrangements between Ankara, Tehran, and Abu Dhabi. However, my concern is with Turkey's entry into the European Union, Turkey becomes the rather permanent bridge of Europeanized ideals and interests into the Middle East. Abu Dhabi is not interested in working with a nation that will simply operate as a tentacle for the same imperial powers that contributed to the vast destabilization of the Middle East for their own exploited gain. If you can provide me reassurances that Turkey is not seeking a security reconciliation and mutual cooperation between Abu Dhabi and Tehran for the sake of advancing European ideals and interests in the region, then we can proceed in our dialogue."
