We are gathered here today to mark the passing of democracy.
Long has this region stood against totalitarianism. Alas, today this bulwark of freedom has fallen.
The so-called High Admiral, 
Legio de Caesar has been "democratically" elected as our Prince Regent.
He won the vote with 187.5% of the vote, in what is clearly fraud on a scale not seen since the fall of...

I would like to congratulate Legio de Caesar on achieving a landslide victory of 87.5%. We welcome our new Prince Regent, in what can only be seen as a triumph for democracy!
As is tradition of our democratically-aligned Oligarchic region, I have once again been voted as our Principal Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs. I also received 87.5% of the vote. Fear not loyal citizens of Pax, the dissenting anarchists will be dealt with.
