Enterobacteria Phage ռ Confirmed in Bresil

On Tuesday evening The Centro de Pesquisa de Doenças Infecciosas in Sao Paulo recieved a call from the rural community of Amambai which is situated close to the border of Paraguay. Medical personnel were concerned about a patient brought in by a local farmer who had found the young woman collapsed near the edge of his fields coughing up blood.

The clinic was immediately placed into quarantine status with five people besides the young woman locked inside including the local doctor and his nurse, the farmer who brought the young lady in, and a local man who had brough his son in following an injury suffered during a futbol match.

The CPDI has issued a class five medical emergency for Amambai and the surrounding areas as authorities try to determine how the young woman ended up in Bresil.

According to phone records and pictures from her camera, it has been determined that she had spent the better part of the past six months cycling across South America with four friends, two male and two female. The pictures place them in Uruguay, Drasea, Argentina, and Paraguay with the last verified location being the city of Santa Rosa del Aguaray.

Though the woman has now died from a confirmed case of Enterobacteria Phage ռ, the CPDI has requested additional blood samples which will be shared with agencies from other nations working to find and develop a cure.

May God have mercy upon us all

As the days pass, the virus evolves. Now, more symptom has been developed by the virus:
Muscle Weakness
Total Failure of pulmonology
Tingling
Shoulder Pain
Easy Bruising
And temperature Fluctuation.

On an even more concerning note, a man suspected of having the virus was caught on CCTV outside a gas station, in an alleyway behind it a woman who has now been identified as “Sara Zimmer” was followed by a man in a black hoodie. The man, in a disturbing display of violence pulled out a knife and stabbed the woman over 37+ times. She was hit in the brachial artery, killing her after 2 wounds inside the armpit.

The man left the area and left Sara laying in the alley for the station manager to find in the morning while taking out vandalized items. State Law Enforcement followed a large trail of blood, presumably from the man after being struck by a glass bottle from Sara. Police then found him in his home. Deceased from what shows to be an open head injury which then caused a Hemorrhage which ended up killing him. He was identified as “Yuri Stromov” the ex-chief of the local fire department.

Upon inspection of death it was discovered that he had increased levels of cortisol.
For those that don’t know, cortisol is a steroid hormone, which in this case. Was induced by Enterobacteria Phage ռ triggering the endocrine system. Which resulted with the adrenal glands releasing a unheard of amount of cortisol. Which combined with the open head injury, killed him.

This further adds to the theory that Enterobacteria Phage ռ makes people Much more aggressive.

THE ANNUAL MEETING OF THE UNIONS CONCLUDES, NEW ECONOMIC PLAN FORMULATED.
Date: September 1996

Every year in the capital city of London, each Union/Syndicate within Britain sends representatives to attend the Annual Meeting of the Unions. This extensive event serves as a platform for the Unions to collaborate on economic matters and formulate a broad Economic Plan for the nation. These plans outline the overarching objectives that the Unions aim to achieve for the economy during the year, encompassing production and service targets, proposed infrastructure initiatives, cooperation strategies, and more. Throughout the meeting, votes are conducted, with each Union pledging to consider the formulated Economic Plan.

The 1996 Annual Meeting of the Unions has recently concluded, resulting in the development of the latest Economic Plan. This year, significant emphasis has been placed on bolstering the energy sector, alongside resource extraction industries such as mining and forestry. There is also a keen interest in enhancing steel and general metal production. Various ambitious proposals for new power plant developments in numerous cities have been put forward, along with plans for new resource extraction sites. Overall, this year's plan is heavily geared towards fostering industrial growth and economic expansion, with a particular focus on manufacturing and production, encompassing both essential and more luxury goods.

In addition to these major industrial initiatives, discussions during the meeting also touched upon substantial investments in the science and technology sectors, proposed reforms in education, and increased funding for healthcare.

The representatives will now return to their respective Unions with copies of the Economic Plan, prepared to implement the policies! Only time will reveal the impact of these new initiatives on the British economy.

STRICT BORDER CONTROLS ENACTED, AMIDST VIRUS.
Date: September 1996

Amidst the escalating crisis caused by the Enterobacteria virus wreaking havoc in Drasea, alongside its ominous spread to other areas, the British government is increasingly alarmed by the prospect of the disease extending its reach, both within British territory and beyond. Given the grave nature of the disease and its awful symptoms, the Committee of Ministers has unanimously decreed a complete closure of borders to all individuals arriving from Drasea, as well as to those who have recently traveled to or through the afflicted nation. Additionally, citizens or visitors from regions reporting significant cases of the virus will be barred entry into Britain.

Simultaneously, the Union/Syndicate of Healthcare, in conjunction with Scientific Unions/Syndicates, has convened to initiate the formulation of a comprehensive pandemic response strategy, should the virus breach British borders. Details of this plan remain undisclosed at present.

Furthermore, Britain underscores its commitment to collaborate with the international community in the pursuit of a vaccine and treatment for the virus, aiming to expedite the discovery of a cure. The Minister of Health, Sam Adams, emphasized: "We must set aside our differences and unite for the greater good. Whether we agree or disagree, finding a cure for this virus is paramount."

Quarantine Continues In Amambai

The Centro de Pesquisa de Doenças Infecciosas in Sao Paulo has extended the Clas 5 Medical Emergency for Amambai and its surrounding areas. Although the outbreak of Enterobacteria Phage ռ appears to have been contained within the quarantined Clínica Médica Santa Teresa, the unknown circumstances of how the young woman, now identified as Rosalyn Coffee of Jamaica, arrived in Bresil have authorities and civilians worried.

Three of the five other people quarantined in the clinic have now succumbed to the virus. Dr Pao Jenau, nurse Abigail Tuissant, and Timothy Apuatl (The farmer who first found Rosalyn) all developed symptoms of the virus within three days. As the three turned violent, Kauê Baniwa and his son Kaique took shelter in a medical closet to escape harm.

Testing has confirmed that the father and son, both of indigenous heritage, have remained free of the virus. Blood samples from both have been submitted to the CPDI for testing to determine if any link to a vaccine can be found.

ITALIAN NEUTRALITY IN DANGER: INDEPENDENTS WIN ELECTIONS BY SLIM MARGIN

    | ITALIAN PARLIAMENT, ROME, REPUBLIC OF ITALIA

"....and the results are in...independent candidate Romano Prodi is the new Prime Minister of Italy!"

There was a genuine subtle sigh of relief within the Italian Parliament and the nation as a whole with the victory of Romano Prodi as Prime Minister. Recent actions surrounding Italy has made voters very anxious about the direction Rome would be pulled to take. With the OMSA restructuring itself and increasing in activity after the collapse of the Soviet Union, the recent collapse of the Levantine Union, and separatist movements in Carpathian Ruthenia, the 1996 elections were a high-stake occurrence with the future of the nation on the line. The Italian Democrats of the Left, despite its name, is the successor to the original Italian Communist Party that has considerable presence in Parliament through their coalition and high presence in southern Italy. The resurgence of the OMSA emboldened Italian Communists to pivot Rome toward the East as they almost did immediately post-WWII. Such a victory, if it were to occur, would solidify OMSA dominance over the maritime periphery of Europe, effectively cutting off the continent and guaranteeing its dominance over Eurasia.

The other side of the situation was a clear developing coordinated effort between the Independents and Forza Italia's coalition of center-right liberal-conservative political parties with Christian-democratic, liberal (especially economic liberalism), social-democratic and populist tendencies. There was much doubt about the effectiveness of this coalition as it was formed during the election cycle; however, with the endorsement of former Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi and Independent President Oscar Luigi Scalfaro, Romano Prodi was capable of ensuring the Prime Minister position, holding the Communists at bay for now...

With the taking of the oath, Romano Prodi was embraced by his coalition; however, confronted with disapproval and conspiracy theories being put forth by the Communist Members of Parliament that the election was stolen and fake to prevent the true outcome, being that of worker victory.

    Rome, Italia

Palazzo Chigi | Residency of the Prime Minister

The Palazzo Chigo, official residency of the Prime Minister, was a little brighter than normal after the parliamentary elections. For many Italians, having an Independent as both Prime Minister and President would allow for a more holistic and practical approach to policy and governance than if the Prime Minister were to be a Communist. Arriving at the Palazzo Chigo via his new motorcade, Romano Prodi was pleasantly surprised to be greeted in the home by Italian President Oscar Luigi Scalfaro, with a smile on his face.

Oscar Luigi Scalfaro, PRESIDENT: "Congratulations on your victory Prime Minister Prodi. The people of Italia have spoken and they have determined it best to remain reasonable instead of radical and illogical..."

Oscar Luigi Scalfaro would shake hands with Prime Minister Prodi as they walked into the living room to continue discussions.

Oscar Luigi Scalfaro, PRESIDENT: "...but there is more that we must discuss as this is just the beginning of the fight my friend."

Romano Prodi, PRIME MINISTER: "...what do you mean just the beginning of the fight?"

Oscar Luigi Scalfaro, PRESIDENT: "Do not expect the Communists to just accept your victory. The coalition you were able to form with Forza Italia was absolutely necessary and it is new...gives new hope to Italia but with the OMSA rebuilding itself, the Communist MPs are going to restructure their strategy to undermine you and isolate Italia."

Romano Prodi would sit back in his armchair as he looked at the fireplace and took a sip of fresh grape juice. Taking a deep breath, Romano Prodi would nod his head as he continued to listen to President Scalfaro.

Romano Prodi, PRIME MINISTER: "You are correct with what you say. Granted, despite the slim majority our coalition have, we have enough wiggle room to make some significant changes. I do not expect the Communists to stop their antics and apply pressure on my administration. The Italian position in Europe for the past two decades has been one of neutrality to balance out and protect southern Europe from the Soviet Union and their bloc. But I understand times are starting to change and Roma has to become much more serious about our people, our position in Europe, and our future from all angles.

Oscar Luigi Scalfaro, PRESIDENT: [i]"If I can make a suggestion. I suggest we entertain closer relations with the Union of Western Europe. I have no problem going to Brussels to have conversations with the Executive Commission regarding strategic relations between our nations. We already have significant trade relations with their member-states so I do not see a problem with further enhancing our relations. Italy cannot survive on its own in this capacity anymore...we have to become bold to branch out so that we are not forgotten and left to the Communists."

Romano Prodi, PRIME MINISTER: "I have been keeping an eye on the UWE while on the campaign trail. Seems Brussels is pushing themselves to become the balance to the OMSA here in Europe. We already border them as well and the promotion of Western European traditions, history, culture, and democracy, in my opinion, also contributed to the success of our coalition. I will continue to work with the coalition here we have built to formulate our Cabinet over the next couple days. I will remain in Rome while you go to Brussels. I will further contemplate this relations strategy but we have to make sure that we are pushing for the best interests of Italia."

President Scalfaro would give a nod and stand up to shake the hand of Prime Minister Prodi before leaving to his motorcade. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Prodi would contemplate further this arrangement as he fully accepted his new responsibilities to elevate the Italian Republic.

WALKING AT NIGHT

Janar looked at his watch, and closed the sidegate of the dockyard: it was past 10 pm. He didn't mind the nationalists and the ERSP at first, and he definetly had never been fond of Kumpilov and the russians, but it couldn't be denied: since the nationalists got in power, overtime became ever more frequent. He kept walking along the dimly lit industrial road, towards the bus stop. A billboard on the sidewalk had been covered in posters: Advertisements for soft drinks, insurance, trendy coats he couldn't afford, sleek purses his wife wanted... And a strong man rising his fist. "WE WITHER FOR THEIR GAIN", "every cent you gain from work is their million: rise up! The Estonian Communist Party fights with you: meeting at Kopli 98a." He made sure to memorize the address, and reached the bus stop.

No matter how hard we try, rumours can't be stopped
