It's all good. Just the half of horses blending with white of the flag. But that isn't such a big problem. (I say 2 out of 10 level of neccessity, you should make a flag.)
I'm curious as to how running order affects results in NS eurovision, unlike rl people won't "forget" the earlier songs and they are often the first to be ranked, and later entries might have trouble fitting in if the person already decided the songs to vote for? I'm thinking being the 22nd to perform is gonna be a blessing rl but it might actually be a curse here :P
Random fact: songs 4th in the r/o in the semis all qualified for the grand final (Nordustra, Regnum, Yahlia, and Ottterland)
Oh also, adding flag ripple effect is quite *controversial practice amoung playerbase. I removed ripple of this owl flag. And after my voluntarily poll, I will change for the last time.
*I meant, playerbase doesn't have an unified agreement about it.
I don’t think the sky blue and white works with the dark owl, I think there is two options, the colour scheme for the owl should be white to have a sky blue background or the owl remains black and you have a darker flag. Plus i think to avoid cartoon like style you need to have owl be more realistic, here is a quick two mockups:

I highly agree with you. Mock ups gave idea to me. I will prefer to aim getting light coloured option. Though, I want to still add black. Maybe, White coloured Owl, but black lines on it; would it be still cartoonish?

Since I take it bit more serious than I should (xD) I first read the list entirely without sorting, then read the dispatches, made a list of my favourites and then sorted them the way my nation would have voted according to the local music trends and general taste
