There's this (I think it's German) crumb cake my mom makes, it's freaking wonderful. That or ham and a muffin.

Plain bread and cheese, sometimes with beans. I never include sugar in my breakfast, although I consume sugary snacks throughout the day.

Eggs, some form of meat could be Sausage or Bacon. A Breakfast Biscuit or English Muffin to make a Sandwich of the Eggs and Sausage. Cheese too if they have it. 2 Glasses of Apple Juice. Depending on the day Ill also have French Toast, Pancakes or Waffles. Yogurt of some form. Ft. Hood breakfast is trash so I usually pick up a breakfast Sandwich or two and an Apple juice from the Shopette.
