Ugh, so judging by all the CTEs... I'm guessing this war is a no go?

The arthurian isles

I have the time to do some writing, but given how minor Arthuria is to the story I doubt that will help much.

To be fair, I really don't have time for writing right now but even so I have all these scenes knocking around in my head that want to get out.

I'm still here, but it may be awhile until I have time (read: motivation) to write.

Alizeria

This is Rad. It's looking a lot like this war might not get off the ground, so I'm thinking I might start running with and creating new storylines for a new (old, from 2009) nation. Or not. I don't know.

The arthurian isles

Let me know if you start working on one. As I said previously, I'm open to refreshing Arthuria in a different guise depending on what suits new developments (or starting a new country).

I have Alizeria as a quite well developed idea (and arguably the exact opposite of Radiatia) but it would almost need a new canon. Plus this is a small, pacifist, insignificant nation.

Alternative is start something else from scratch but I have one or two things I could do with this one.

The arthurian isles

Is this region big enough for two small, pacifist, insignificant nations?

In seriousness, I have an idea for a larger, more powerful country which is nonetheless distracted by domestic social issues and whose power is curbed by a foreign-supported breakaway region (along the lines of East Germany) and some form of dragging imperial commitment. I still like the Nordic vibe, but Arthuria is too easy to roleplay as; I want to write as a more problematic country.

If I start something new I'd want to go with a whole new canon, without Radiatia et al.

Alizeria has a canon from the region it was in 6 years ago (not this one) but I have found myself toying with the idea of creating a nation that's perhaps landlocked or equivalent of some slightly corrupt ex-Soviet republic/emerging democracy.

But then to be fair that idea basically IS Radiatia, before it somehow became a USA-style superpower.

This is Rad. I gone and done a new nation (this one) which I'm looking forward to developing from the ground up. If anyone is still here.
