Norwood was founded by Jaybagz on 30 September 2006, when Jaybagz was serving as LKE Colonial Minister during the Democratic Centrist Party ministry of 
Onderkelkia. Norwood subsequently grew to be among the largest regions of the Empire, larger than the LKE itself for a period, and was the starting point for many prominent gameplayers in the LKE and beyond.

By conscious design there will be fewer Regional Message Board posts going forward, relative to the previous position where the RMB was filled with countless very short casual roleplay messages which were not well-suited to this setting (organised roleplay in general is better undertaken in other locations, whether the on-site NS forums or the LKE off-site forums). As I observed in my announcement yesterday, 2097 pages of the region's 12-year-long 4252-page RMB history were created in the last 12 months - this reflected a far higher level of RMB activity in that period than during most of our history; this activity was largely unrelated to the core business of the region.
Like many other major gameplay regions with similar rules against RMB roleplay, we have determined that permitting this category of RMB activity to that degree is undesirable and we have adapted policies accordingly. In any case, as it is, I would not regard 50+ RMB posts in the last 24 hours as 'quiet', or anything like it, by historical standards. Over the longer term, the number of posts is likely to return to closer to its historical norm and there will be official efforts to ensure that the type of posts (in whatever quantity) is better aligned with the general business of the LKE as a gameplay region.

Please explain how a map is Role play good sir? I don't remember Alt history being RP unless you think making lore is rp than I don't know how you could come up with that conclusion because Alternate history is speculative history and, that isn't at all the same as rp???

It's much better to have your own threads on a forum than having to browse through dozens of pages of an instant messaging board looking for a map or a data.
