I am taking a risk in possibly legalizing alcohol. Something needs to be done to turn my economy around but it inadvertently cause more political and civil rights. This is a dilemma!

Sedelh has a superbly low crime rate. Our own 'free land' is well down the list, so if you're visiting keep to well lit areas when you go out at night.
