That's a bit misleading. It's not random at all - it grows at a consistent rate, around 5-7 million population per day for each user. Younger nations grow slower, at certain rates I don't particularly remember.
It’s a randomly selected between +5 to +7 million in growth per day, unless you are a very small nation.
It seems that whenever I attempt to see the newest messages I get taken to a single message from approximately 10 years ago. There are multiple other glitches in this rmb.

Hello. I am here to address some unfounded rumors that have been floating around. People are saying... they are saying that Cretox state isn't real. It's ridiculous, and I don't know who started these rumors, but they're cleary an attempt to undermine our Vice Delegate.
