No. ROs like myself only have powers in the specific region that we reside in, and they're very limited compared to the site moderation, which have sweeping power all across the site.

How easy or difficult it is to create embassy of other region in Rejected Realms?
I'm thinking of starting my own region, yet I want to be able to post here, so you continue to be enlightened by me.
Simply put, your region must be active, not toxic, probably not raider (The Rejected Army is a defender army), must care about diplomacy and WA, must be organized , must contain many nations that aren't puppets and bots, must promote friendly ideologies and rules, mustn't host hostile nations (ex. Nazis) and stuff.
Before becoming an embassy, if I recall, you must apply for consulate in the rejected realms site (not on NS). Of course, if you are a worthy consulate, you can afterwards apply for embassy in-game.

We distinguish our allies through embassies and consulates. Embassies are granted gameside or forumside and we send updates to you, whereas we don’t always send updates to consulates, however, we’d be happy to provide you with them if you are a consulate region and want updates from us.
Here are a few things that might be worth keeping in mind when you’re applying for a relationship - these aren’t requirements - we make decisions on a case by case basis, however, these should be a good way to decide whether you should be applying for an embassy, consulate or nothing at all.
Most of our embassies will come from upgraded consulates, but we might decide to build embassies with your region straight away if your region agrees to it.
Size Requirements:
Your region should have more than 20 active, “unique” nations when applying for consulates - if you are actively recruiting, this number should be reached easily. Just because you have 20 nations doesn’t guarantee that you’ll be accepted, however, it does mean that we will take your application seriously whenever it comes.
Politics:
Your region should have some form of government.
Platforms:
Your region should have a place where our regions can send updates to. This could be a regional message board, a discord server or a forum. All of our updates are delivered in the form of dispatches or short messages delivering news, so basically all your region needs is a place where our ambassadors can post those.
