The Federal Republic of 113 Uma is a massive, orderly nation, renowned for its public floggings, pith helmet sales, and state-planned economy. The hard-nosed, cynical, devout population of 1.403 billion 113 Umen are ruled without fear or favor by a psychotic dictator, who outlaws just about everything and refers to the populace as "my little playthings."

The large, corrupt, moralistic, well-organized government juggles the competing demands of Law & Order, Defense, and Education. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 66.5%.

The all-consuming 113 Uman economy, worth 154 trillion monies a year, is driven entirely by a combination of government and state-owned industry, with private enterprise illegal. However, for those in the know, there is a large, well-organized, fairly diversified black market in Arms Manufacturing, Information Technology, Uranium Mining, and Cheese Exports. The private sector mostly consists of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, but the government is looking at stamping this out. Average income is an impressive 109,785 monies, but there is a significant disparity between incomes, with the richest 10% of citizens earning 355,960 per year while the poor average 25,549, a ratio of 13.9 to 1.

Cheese lovers have a case of the bleus, the police strictly enforce off-limit zones for tourists, cassocked priests and choirboys believe that what happens behind closed doors stays behind closed doors, and bowling teams spend more time looking at their phones than the pins. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a very well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. 113 Uma's national animal is the card, which is also the nation's favorite main course.

113 Uma is ranked 321,124th in the world and 834th in Izern for Largest Publishing Industry, scoring -10.36 on the Bella Potter Productivity e-Index.
