The Kingdom of Arksieva is a massive, safe nation, ruled by Saul Goodman with an even hand, and renowned for its state-planned economy, frequent executions, and stringent health and safety legislation. The quiet, industrious population of 1.701 billion Arksievans are fiercely patriotic and enjoy great social equality; they tend to view other, more capitalist countries as somewhat immoral and corrupt.

The large, socially-minded government juggles the competing demands of Defense, Law & Order, and Education. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Pääoma. The average income tax rate is 51.1%, and even higher for the wealthy.

The sizeable but stagnant Arksievan economy, worth 24.0 trillion Zètàns a year, is driven entirely by a combination of government and state-owned industry, with private enterprise illegal. The industrial sector, which is quite specialized, is led by the Information Technology industry, with major contributions from Arms Manufacturing, Uranium Mining, and Automobile Manufacturing. Average income is 14,084 Zètàns, and distributed extremely evenly, with practically no difference between the richest and poorest citizens.

Digital novelty coins make for surprising vanguards of the revolution, Pääoma University is said to be the modern-day Tower of Babel, the holiest shrine in Buddhism is on another world, and the hardest thing for a mining operation to dig through is government red tape. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a very well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Arksieva's national animal is the Unicorn, which can occasionally be seen sifting through garbage in the nation's cities, and its national religion is Buddhism.

Arksieva is ranked 234,756^th in the world and 5^th in Kirran for Most Eco-Friendly Governments, scoring 234.42 on the Dolphin Recycling Awareness Index.
