The Burning Base of Belavic is a gargantuan, safe nation, ruled by Belle Vic with an even hand, and renowned for its burgeoning eagle population. The hard-nosed, democratic population of 29.965 billion Belavicians have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

The relatively small government juggles the competing demands of Welfare, Healthcare, and Education. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Belavica. The average income tax rate is 13.9%, but much higher for the wealthy.

The Belavician economy, worth a remarkable 1,511 trillion Dollars a year, is led by the Arms Manufacturing industry, with major contributions from Cheese Exports, Basket Weaving, and Furniture Restoration. State-owned companies are reasonably common. Average income is 50,444 Dollars, and evenly distributed, with the richest citizens earning only 2.8 times as much as the poorest.

Gambling is outlawed, the police force is on a recruitment drive, Belavic has designated Belavica as its capital city, and Belle Vic has just been declared ruler of Belavic in an international press conference. Crime is almost non-existent. Belavic's national animal is the eagle, which soars majestically through the nation's famously clear skies, and its national religion is Satanism.

Belavic is ranked 215,367^th in the world and 4^th in Baldest for Largest Publishing Industry, scoring zero on the Bella Potter Productivity e-Index.
